As we leave the sanctuary and go out, we are to take Jesus with us, bringing him to everyone we encounter. Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to our elderly, sick, and home bound sisters and brothers do this in a unique and necessary way.
 
St. Gabriel’s pastoral care team serves our brothers and sisters residing in zip codes 80908, 80920, 80921 and 80924. Visits are scheduled for:
 
Home Bound: normally every Sunday

     Mondays: Bonaventure Senior Living (twice per month)
                      The Center at Cordera (twice per month)
 
     Tuesdays: Liberty Heights - Assisted Living (twice per month)
                      Liberty Heights - Skilled Nursing (twice per month) 
                      Liberty Heights - Memory Care (twice per month)
 
     Thursdays: Melody Living - Assisted Living (twice per month)
                        Melody Living - Independent Living (twice per month) 
                        Stone Creek at Flying Horse (twice per month) 
 
     Fridays: Legend of Colorado Springs (every week)
                   Brookdale Briargate Memory Care (twice per month)
                   Liberty Heights - Independent Living (twice per month)
